When you spend over $250 shipping is on us. We will use ground shipping to deliver your custom fitted clothing to you. We look forward to partnering with you on your journey.
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their custom fit business clothing. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the fit of your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. If minor alterations are required to ensure proper fit, we recommend a local tailor make the necessary adjustments. To support you in this process, we will reimburse up to $50 towards the cost of alterations for each garment.
